Les has a long-standing career in the mortgage industry spanning over 39 years, during which he has held various leadership roles.
As a Business Owner at LowRate Home Loans, Les focuses on helping clients save money on new home purchases by offering competitive mortgage rates and lower costs. Prior to that, he served as a Branch Manager at both Guild Mortgage and SMP Mortgage, overseeing operations and ensuring excellent customer service from loan origination to funding.
Les also held roles at Cendera Funding, where he managed a branch and coordinated the entire loan process, and at Security National Mortgage Company, where he assisted Realtors and referral partners with marketing their businesses and generating leads. With over two decades of experience at Priority Mortgage and CB Home Loans, he has consistently helped customers save money through home purchases and refinancing options.

Steve has built a diverse career spanning corporate leadership, real estate investing, and residential mortgage lending.
As a Residential Loan Originator serving Dallas–Fort Worth homebuyers, Steve focuses on helping clients purchase homes and refinance while securing competitive mortgage rates and saving money throughout the loan process.

Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Steve spent more than a decade at AT&T, where he served as Associate Director of Training, leading teams responsible for developing large-scale corporate training programs. He later worked in real estate investment and portfolio management, specializing in identifying and acquiring investment properties for self-directed real estate IRAs.

Since transitioning into mortgage lending, Steve has helped clients across Dallas and the broader DFW area secure financing for home purchases and refinances. He specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and USDA loans, including solutions for self-employed borrowers and complex income situations.
